AU of Xenoblade Chronicles 2, where Pyra makes Rex into a Blade Eater, and Nia is the one to revive him. With the power of a continent-shattering Blade, Rex plans to fulfill his dream of reaching Elysuim. Xenoblade Chronicles... god I love this game trilogy(plus 1). The possibility for some filthy casual writer like myself to make AU's out of the incredible and diverse world Xenoblade offers us. Man, I'm already getting excited! Alright. Let's cover a few more things. -Running through the entire games plot will be really tedious. But I love this game and it's plot, so I'll follow through with it. Expect a longer book. -Pyra and Mythra will still exist, but rather then being Rex's Blade, they'll show up in dreams or something, and guide Rex along and teach him how to be a Blade Eater. Basically, thy reside inside the memory of Elysium that Rex has now, and exist inside the Core Crystal. Does that make sense? -Rex x Nia. Since Pyra/Mythra aren't alive in this, that leaves only one. I'm working on my pacing with romance, so I'll try and make it slowly build up to the point, rather then jump right into it. -No changes to the personalities. At least Im not trying to change them. -Vandham. HE LIVES. Or, I wish he did. Unfortunately, his death is just too important to the plot and Rex's character that it feels weird to cut it out. -I want to include Addam in another way. And I have a plan of how to do it, that will also satisfy one of the biggest complaints about the game. -I'd like to try and gradually work Jin over to the other side. I think it could be interesting, but that might change. -I'll try to prevent this from just being a rewrite with no Pyra/Mythra. I'll make some original moments, and throw in some filler. -EMPTY MOMENT! Okay, I'm sure you get the gist. Anyways, hope you guys enjoy. I've been looking forward to making a longer story for Xenoblade.

This is the story of how Rex fell in love with Nia and how they get through the events of Xenoblade 2. Includes a new arc which adds the next villain of the story who is far more powerful than any of the aegises and if Rex and co can take him down.

After he is hired for a salvaging mission, a young salvager named Rex comes into contact with a legendary Blade named Pyra, indirectly becoming her Driver, and promises to take her to a fabled paradise called Elysium. Throughout their journey, Rex and his party are pursued by Torna, an organization set to take the power of Pyra for their own means. Aiding the party is a young boy named "Raiden" and his android Blade partner, "KOS-MOS", who also opposes the Torna.

A new world, A new adventure, And spanking hot woman make up this world. And who get's to explore it during a war between two of the most powerful beings of all? Why the Pervy sage of course! 500 years after the events of Xenoblade Chronicles 2, Rex and his team have been labeled as heroes after their adventure to find Elysium. Things have changed around Alrest since then, but most importantly, the fabled Aegises, Pyra and Mythra have both disappeared along with their driver a few decades after the formation of Elysium. The story focuses on a 17 year old boy, Nick, who has little idea that his life will become very hectic. Xenoblade Chronicles 2 belongs to Monolith Soft.
