Welcome to... Flemdover. These tribes would be the "Pantala of Pyrrhia", an unknown island. So the original island, Kasai, has a sistering and neighboring island father away. There are only 4 tribes that dwell here, each on separate corners of the island. Never wanting to interact with each other. The island isn't in the safest place either, one of the worst parts of the ocean. The continent is shaped like a lopsided square. It's located where all the storms and hurricanes hit, where every tsunami could ever happen. These dragons have never seen the sun before, up north all they know is dark clouds lingering above. There isn't much food on this island, which is why the tribes are dying out. LightWings are on the brink of Extinction.

The only life The SandWing/MudWing hybrid has even known is the one where everyone either wants to to call you out on your weirdness, run in terror, or immediately kill you. So the day when she meets another mysterious hybrid named Morbid, she's hesitant to trust him on his irrational ideas on future of the hybrids. But Quicksand decides let Morbid tag along. But the longer Quicksand listens, the more the plans make sense. And the more they make sense, the more she feels they may actually work, and her hopes for the hybrid might actually come true...

This is a small story of how the ten tribes that we know of now, came to be. The tribes were created by Tui T. Sutherland. There may be some inaccuracies considering the time difference between when there were first different tribes (before Cottonmouth) and when the tribes got queens (who knows when), but please ignore that; I can take creative license. I live in Enchanted, the hybrid-capital of Pyrrhia. as such, I have seen many hybrid dragons and took it upon myself to assign names to each of these unique and powerful hybrids. It is my hope that when the Third War ends and our world is at peace at last, I can bring these names to the queens of the other Tribes. . so these dragons will no longer live in shame, but take pride in their identities. Wings of Fire and the original Tribes and their descriptions belong to Tui T. Sutherland. I do not own Wings of Fire in any way, shape, or form.
