Programs for work-integrated learning were created for working people who are keen to learn and want to increase their knowledge (WILP). To give students the chance to apply theory in the industry, Sikkim Alpine University's Job-Integrated Learning Program was created with an emphasis on industrial practises and integrated with job requirements. With a primary focus on the upskilling needs of industry professionals, the WILP Program provides chances for contact with local businesses and business mentors. This education will satisfy their wants while also elevating their standing at work. When creating this software, the requirements of industry standards were taken into consideration.
