Ella's Cancer has an experation date on her that has been growing closer. Her only friends are a stuffed purple pengin (Mr.Scoff) and Micheal who lives in Oregon. Her mom is searching for a cure and Ella finds herself alone but will she be able to keep the promise she made with herself or will her heart get in the way of a lonely death.
