Despite their restrictions, she manages to evade suitors. Until her family finds one she won't be allowed to say no to. But when she's out hunting (screw parents) a beam of light practically vacuumed her in to the future. Our present day. The moment she passes though, she passes out. But when she awakes, she learns of the role of women in this new world. Will old restrictions keep her from living her dream? Trent only had one job. Just the one. Even at 17, he was entrusted with the responsibility of preventing one of the greatest fiascos of human history. He would know. He's from the future. But even armed with a device that can supposedly stop the portal destined to be created, he gets sucked in. Like another girl he saw before it happened, he passed out cold. This wasn't supposed to happen. The history books say...he shouldn't have been captured. He should have succeeded. But what if the little things alter the big picture? That's what happened. The man (Rhett's dad) altered the big picture. But what happens if the past he worked so hard in stopping could lead to a future he had never imagined?
