Meet the character of my original tv series: Prose.

"If I want to take him down, I have to find my Mr. Miyagi."-Memphis Davis It's only the second week of Forensics, and already things are a mess. Between Chelsea and Memphis's relationship drama, practice no-shows, and way too many Karate Kid references, Mike finds himself desperately trying to bring the team together as a unit. Meanwhile, Memphis finds himself dead set on defeating his basketball rival, Winston Miller, no matter the cost. Even if those costs include forensics, his spot on the basketball team, and even his relationship.

"In short, Forensics is Speech and Debate. The title originates from Aristotle's 'The Rhetoric'. In this book, he divided all forms of rhetoric into three different categories: epideictic, deliberative, and forensics which referred to speech pertaining to legal speech, typically in the Ancient Greek court system. Therefore, this term was later applied to modern speech and debate. In Forensics, the team competes in various oral communication and public speaking competitions. What's especially great about it is that since there are so many different events you get to try out a lot of different skills like acting, writing, critical thinking, and persuasive speaking."-Mike Larson Mike Larson, a young 25 year old teacher, just got this first job teaching ELA at William Henry Harrison High School in Bear Run, Pennsylvania. After discovering that the school doesn't have a debate team, he sets out to start a Forensics team of his own. However, Mike finds himself in over his head when some very unexpected students join the team: Lexi and Jax, two overachieving yet friendly theatre kids. Rocky, a sarcastic rocker chick who's never afraid to speak her mind. Chelsea, a friendly athlete trying to boost her college application. Memphis, Chelsea's basketball player boyfriend who's convinced he's the second coming of Lebraon James. Jordan, a lost kid trying to find his place in the world. And Rico, who severely lacks brains, but makes up for it in heart. Mike must find a way to pull these seven very different students together and turn them into Forensics champions.

This is a retelling of the hit indie game "Cuphead". It tells the story of Cuphead and Mugman, two brothers who live in the mystical Inkwell Isles. While exploring, the boys stumble upon the Devil's Casino. They have a good run of luck, but then the Devil himself shows up and strikes them a deal: if they win, they get the whole casino, but if they lose, the Devil takes their souls. Cuphead blindly accepts--and loses! The Devil takes pity on the poor mugs and gives them a task: collect the soul contracts of his debtors in two days. Will they collect all the souls in time, or will the Devil take their own?! The Delicious Last Course takes place a week after the rest of the series. The Legendary Chalice, who prefers to be called Alice Chalice, takes our cup boys to her home, the mysterious DLC Island. One of her friends, Chef Saltbaker, has come up with a recipe for a Wondertart that'll turn Alice corporeal again, and she needs their help getting the ingredients from some fearsome foes. Will they be able to get the ingredients and make the Wondertart? Sure, you might have heard this story before if you've played the game, but I'm trying to put my own spin on this, y'know, fleshing out the plot and characters more. I really enjoy writing this, and I hope you enjoy reading it. I do not own Cuphead, only this interpretation of it and the character Candy Camera. Cover art by DeviantArt user thatonegalaxygirl.
