(Warning Contains Spoilers) This is a collection of short stories I've thought up for my character Danafinwe Feaelenion Feanorian. Some of the stories will have five or more parts, others might have one or two. Not everything is in chronological order nor is it always canon with my main story: Danafinwe Feaelenion Feanorian. Some of the chapters may be deleted when they are published in their rightful book in the Danafinwe series. Several of these stories are from my participation in Feanorian Week and Tolkien Gen Week. Those short stories are posted on Tumblr. My Tumblr handle is Danafinwe Feaelenion Feanorian. Enjoy! When dreams stop being dreams, things get confusing. Anna is back - back in a place she once thought was just a product of her imagination. The silvery locks, bluish-grey eyes, and the pointed ears prove that much. Her dreams were memories. The same memories that led up to her death... well, her first death, before she slipped through a crack in the Halls of Mandos. Ash, blood, and fire haunt her, the sounds of a dying, burning city echoing in her head whenever she tries to rest. Coming back from death is never easy. Death leaves scars on one's very soul, but who better to heal those wounds than the company of her kin? There's only one problem. Returning to her kin in Arda means facing the elf she sacrificed her life for. The one whose heart she broke all those years ago. But she doesn't have an option to stay away. Every day the call of the sea grows stronger for him, and it's not his time just yet. He is their emissary, and it's time they finally gave something back. Even if that something happens to be the love he's convinced he lost years ago. Being dragged into a different dimension while in the middle of a war isn't the thing Sakura had in mind - so obviously she grabbed onto something to try and stop herself from falling down the rabbit hole. It didn't work. Plus the thing she happened to grab onto was a person who came along for the ride. Too bad that person happened to be one Uchiha Madara. It's Haruno Sakura's fourth reincarnation, and her second time as a skin-changing creature of flame and destruction. The name marring her skin brings both hope and despair in equal measures, because her name in that world is rarely spoken amongst those who remember it. The name hammered into her soul is as good as a curse. One which doesn't promise a happy story, or a happy ending in the slightest. Still, it doesn't stop her from longing for that elusive feeling which has escaped her in all three of her previous lives. Because there's someone out there who's meant to love her, and Sakura knows he'll either do just that - or he'll shatter her heart beyond repair. WARNING: Contains themes of suicide and depression. 'Where now the horse and the rider?' Prequel to 'Rain on the Mountain'. Before the storm clouds of war gathered. Before the growing shadow in the East took form. Before the Riddermark knew the choking hold of a wizard's malice. Before the illegitimate daughter of a King set her feet to the path before her. In a world of men; of Kings and Lords, of Marshals and Stewards, Théadain, daughter of Théoden, must fight for her place among them. Whilst the roles of those around her are clearly defined, history and tradition have written no place for a bastard in the Golden Hall. She will not let circumstance define her, for the spirit of a Shieldmaiden of Rohan is strong. Her love for her land is fierce, and she will not let adventure pass her by. Book 2 in the 'Lament for the Rohirrim' Series. [Book 1 - 'Rain on the Mountain' follows Théadain's journey with the Fellowship of the Ring.] [Based on a combination of J.R.R. Tolkien's books and Peter Jackson's films - any characters not created by them are my own.]

'Bilbo once told me his part in this tale would end, that each of us must come and go in the telling...' Like all of us, the recent passing of Sir Ian Holm struck me deeply, and I felt the need to acknowledge that in my own way, with a gentle nod to his portrayal of our dear Uncle Bilbo. A short one-shot taking place within my 'Lament for the Rohirrim' series, wherein we glimpse a few moments that just didn't quite make it into the main story and witness how the adventures of a Hobbit of the Shire touch the life of a girl from Rohan, if only briefly. For it is the small things, everyday deeds of ordinary folk that keep the darkness at bay. Simple acts of kindness and love. Farewell, dear Bilbo, dear Ian. [Potential spoilers for the end of 'Rain on the Mountain'] [Based on Peter Jackson's Films with inspiration and embellishment drawn from J.R.R. Tolkien's books - any characters not created by them are my own.]
