Quantum TechDocs is an AI-enabled IETM Publishing Suite designed to simplify the creation, management, and delivery of technical documentation for mission-critical Defence projects. The suite allows authors, reviewers, and administrators to create modular content, integrate multimedia, and publish documents across multiple platforms fully compliant with JSG 0852 guidelines. It bridges the gap between traditional documentation and digital intelligence, offering Defence organizations a single, unified tool for all their documentation needs.

To develop an IETM (Interactive Electronic Technical Manual) Level 4, inputs are required in the form of finalized soft copies of manuals (DOC/PDF), approved by authorities like DGQC or MAG. Along with this, drawings, images, videos, and guidance from OEM Subject Matter Experts are essential to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The IETM software has 3 modules Viewer module (for end user) Viewer Module: It is IETM viewer. IETM viewer is a software where user can log in in to the Viewer software and access various documents and features to use IETM. The IETM covers the following contents: - • Technical Information • Operating Instructions • Maintenance Instructions • Troubleshooting Guide • Exploitation Limitations • Parts Information • Others if any i.e. ISPL etc.., as specified during the project execution
