When chance shuffles the cards, reason loses the game. It's not about winning or losing, it's about having given your best in life and being able to say at the end, I have no regrets about what I have done.

In a universe of alien conquests, invaders terraform worlds into ammonia gardens, sparing humans... as pampered pets in perfect habitats. But from a parasitic symbiont's viewpoint, 'symbiosis' hides a cruel truth: who's really in control? A speculative tale of power, twisted morality, and intimate rebellion.

"A 'Symbiont' and its 'Host' cannot be separated from each other. Shall not, would not, will not." That's what they say, but you don't necessarily have to believe it. I'm certain it's a big fat lie, and my Symbiont and I are a living proof. We hate each other. No, scratch that, we loathe each other. Detest. Despise. Abhor. Think of whatever word you can think of, and I dare say it's worse than that. Whatever relationship we have, it's definitely not the best. Still, we try to put up with this shit, and maybe in the future, we turned out for the better. Hm, another fat lie. Or is it?

Hi ich bin Shadow kurz Shad. Ich bin, wie es da oben steht, ein weiter entwickelter Symbiont. Also ich brauche wie mein bester Freund Venom in ein Wirt. Nein ich kann mir selbst ein Menschen Körper erstellen.

Der Charakter im Mittelpunkt der Handlung ist hier Sam Carter und ihre Abenteuer mit ihrer neuen Verbündeten (keine Spoiler ^^). Die Geschichte setzt irgendwo zwischen der zweiten und der vierten Staffel der Serie an. Es handelt von so einer Art alternativen Realität, wie es aussehen könnte, wenn einige Schlüsselmoment, bzw. ein bestimmter nicht stattgefunden hätte. Die zeitlichen Geschehnisse sind etwas durcheinander geworfen, aber das ist Absicht, damit die Gründe für verschiedene Entscheidungen klar sind. What would happen if a certain kid got attacked by a sludge villain and no one came to safe him? Well, that is what happened to Izuku Midoriya. However, strange enough, he didn't die but woke up completely fine and healed too. Now where would the sludge go? It wasn't there anymore and as if on point a hero came to search for that thing too? Are you kidding? This kid nearly died, and this hero then decided to arrive? Poor Izuku, what makes matters worse, he started hearing a voice in his head too.
