Focusing in class is not working for him. He thought he has no chance with his crush, Murdoc, but turned out to become a part of his band. They practice everyday and find two more people for the band. All of them had a lot of fun together. "You're okay now- it's all over." - No matter how many times he hears it, whether it be from 2-D, his other bandmates, or his therapist, Murdoc can't quit reliving his past abuse and lashing out at others as a result of the trauma. Though he would never admit it to anyone but his close friends, his new family, he did have one regret in life. He was not perfect, he told himself, you can fix this. He believes in himself, 2-D believes in him. That should be enough, right?

On plastic beach, things happen between Murdoc and 2d. Murdoc does something that makes 2d question everything.

You weren't too sure about Ace. You didn't know anything about him other than his name and his expertise in bass guitar, and learning that he had came around from Murdoc's lot made you all the wearier. But he was the only bassist you guys had, and it's best not to judge anything beforehand. So you decided to give the band your oks and tell them that you wanted to give the man a try. Murdoc's unexpected leave brought a new air to the place, I mean, everyone was concerned about the potential permanant leave of the band's one and only Murdoc Niccals. But with nothing to do and a desperate need for a change of pace, 2D went up and got everything back together. In his own little ramshackled way of course. This included starting the work of a new album and hiring a fill in bassist for the time being. Anyways, you've been thinking about this all night! You better go off to bed, your guy's new bassist arrives tomorrow and you haven't had any sleep yet! We still have no idea what's in store, but first impressions are important and it'll be for the best if everyone makes the most out of tomorrow and the coming weeks. I mean, he is our guest after all. Now shoo, off to bed! Sleep will take all your questions and answer them in morning. After years of playing with the gorillaz through thick n thin, the band has now went their separate ways, due to the lack of rates and income coming in. murdoc had been in and out of trouble, now staying in a flat in London. 2d was on his own in a far off town in London, he had been doing fairly well for himself. had a job, and a nice little flat along the busy streets of London. however..his lucky streak didn't last long. he got fired after falsely being accused of having drugs, and just everything went down hill from there. he eventually did look to drugs to solve his problems, but it only began more. After being caught, he landed himself in jail, and when murdoc hears of this...well.

It seems okay at the start, but someone starts getting aggressive, hacking the members and making them say unbearable things. Even the people who were brought into this situation and didn't wanna be there grew to hate the others. Nothing could be done. Everyone Hated the other. But a miracle happens by the end.
