Reality shifting's dogmatic deterministic critics accuse us of being daydreamers, refusing to believe there is any scientific basis to changing realities, however particle physics is central to the mechanism of transfering our consciousness from one version of ourselves to others, as this article will demonstate, when you read on. I am by no means an expert on reality shifting, but over the past few days I have done a lot of research on different methods, scripting, subliminals, and affirmations. When I first looked into shifting I was nervous to join any amino groups or communities, which led me to find a few resources on Wattpad. They helped me a lot early on with the basics, so I decided to make my own. This is a collection of information I have learned from various sources (I will include names when I can) and also my own experiences trying to shift :)
