This handbook covers the basics of reality shifting as well as more in-depth aspects of it. It is perfect for beginners who don't know where to start. It also includes information on meditation, lucid dreaming and spirituality, and how those things tie into shifting! This was originally a google doc, which can be found in the link of my TikTok bio @claireshifts111. I've adapted it to Wattpad so that it is more accessible!

so i've been trying to shift since dec 2020, and i still haven't shifted, but recently i have created a method that has worked really well for me so far. i always get really great symptoms with it and i have gotten close to shifting with it many times and i decided to share it with you because i really want to help others shift as well! it is a method that litterally anyone can use and it will be so easy fot you to shift with it once you personalize it to make it work for you! most of the steps are just the base to the method, you can remove or add anything you'd like to make it work for you! i will also be adding extra information and tips and advice because why not, and i've also learned quite a bit of things about this concept during my journey that i think people will find interesting and/or helpful! i will also provide motivation because i know how frustrating it can get &lt;3 been there done that, it is not a great feeling :/ if i help or motivate at least one person to shift that would make my day &lt;33 as always if you have any questions i will try my best to answer them :) have a lovely day and i hope you enjoy we're all shifting soon lovelies :)) 111 222 333 444 555
