After another attempted failure in creating a cure for his sickly granddaughter, Maria, Professor Gerald Robotnik was getting desperate. His star pupil, Doctor Maci Garcia, offered a solution, creating the Ultimate Cure, Project: EMBER. Under the guidance of her professor, Doctor Maci was successful in creating Project: EMBER. Not ready to be introduced to the others, Ember was kept away in a different place in the Ark. When her test results came up with a high success rate for a cure, she was soon introduced to Maria, Abe, and Shadow. And thus a somewhat beautiful friendship blossomed. But it didn't last for long.

Shadow had just gotten off of work from GUN after doing all the missions he had to cover for Rouge and omega, he had to go and grab some groceries while he was still out so that's what he did. Once he was done he walked into a forest where his house was located. He started to hear snaps of twigs and leave crunching but he didn't pay any mind to it thinking it was his, but when he still heard them after he was away from all the twigs he turned around thinking it was just Sonic trying to prank him again, that all went down the drain once he came facing a... A lonely, outcast teenager due to his two tails, Tails is depressed. His life was later cut-off short due to the efforts of the main villain Dr. Eggman. However, instead of being in Heaven, he winds up in Hell. Having no idea where he was and having nowhere else to go, he accidentally bumps into Blitzo and Loona, thus leading him to stay and join I.M.P.

Sonic the Hedgehog, a franchise with plenty of debated Eras and even more Continuities, some far more dangerous then others for an isekai victim as human as the egg-headed main antagonist himself with no super-intelligence or cheats or systems to speak of. Just meta-knowledge, lots of it, and by extension, plenty he can do with it. Sonic Films? Fine. Sonic X, Boom, and Prime? Manageable. Gameverse? Dicey, but doable. Archie and Fleetway Comics? No thanks. Sonic SatAM and Underground? Better than dealing with any EXEs, still wouldn't even if his second life depended on it. Shame that he has no choice in the matter. At least he can decide what to do after the fact, make the most of this situation he's stuck in. So what to do then? Join GUN? As if. Go the Chris Thorndyke route? Pass. Babysit the cinnamon roll-haired hologram that got carried along for the ride? Meta supposes that, exploiting plot holes aplenty, and causing chaos for all things canon will have to do.
