I have Selective Mutism myself, and I wish people understood me more. The main purposes of me writing this are: Hopefully other people with Selective Mutism will know they are not alone, People who don't have Selective Mutism will know what it is after reading this, or atleast they will know more about it. I want to raise awareness, but also I'm scared of people knowing that I wrote this. But I've wanted to write about this for a long time, so that's what I'm going to do. I also encourage anyone else with selective mutism to speak out. Whether it's with your voice, or by writing like me. Both are just as good as eachother!! :) We need people to understand us!! And most importantly, accept us!!!! ----------------------- P.S. Every step was agony; every breath, a fight against the coffin that still seemed to close in around him. He didn't know his name. Not yet. He didn't know who he'd been or why the taste of blood felt so familiar on his tongue. All he knew was that he had been dead, and now he wasn't. The boy wandered through cracked headstones and rusted iron fences, until the city's glow swallowed the night. He moved on instinct: alleys, shadows, avoiding headlights, avoiding people. We built a home together and destroyed it together. It takes a masked man to piece everything back together. Finally a "happily" ever after, without him...Or so they thought. I love ghost dream so much. There is not enough stories about him. And yes, I blasted the song (to build a home) on repeat while writing this so I'm sorry if it seems really depressing. Prison arc? Nah, but ghost Dream? Yes. This takes place right after the community house is destroyed and Doomsday is set. Techno is mad at Tommy, but still cares cuz sbi is best. 😌 Update 2022: Techno will continue to be part of the story as a main character. I love his humor and he inspires me in everything I write. I will honor him in future chapters and future works.

When I was in middle school, I couldn't talk. I could talk at home, but not in school. When I was in high school, I could barely talk. I could talk at home, but I couldn't talk in school unless someone else talked to me first. I didn't know I had an anxiety disorder called Selective Mutism. So, this is my experience.

Though with that mind set she is still quite the work a-holic, always needing to be doing SOMETHING. After a few coincidences and the ever occurring scent of jasmine, it always feels as though she is being pulled to the mysterious woman of the woods. Magic. Mystery. New love, and the the burning sense of pride within a couple of Gods'. Follow along with these two as they grow to each other and to their realization of how much their lives are truly magical together.
