Runningawayfromproblems Stories

I couldn't find any good stories so I decided to make one myself! (tho it's a bit mild..) It's my first time writing a story so I'm sorry for mistakes, weird sentences, etc! (This is a short story as of currently, and still ongoing ^^)

Saira and Kabir, both having fled their own weddings for deeply personal reasons, crossed paths on a flight from Amsterdam to London. What began as a random encounter soon blossomed into an undeniable bond, as they shared their vulnerabilities, fears, and dreams. Despite their different pasts, they found solace and understanding in each other, becoming best friends over time. Kabir fell in love with Saira the first day when he saw her in Amsterdam. Torn between his desire to confess and the fear of losing the precious connection they had, he wondered if love could flourish without disrupting the balance they'd built. Saira, unaware of Kabir's feelings, cherished their companionship but struggled with her own hesitations about love, unsure if she was ready for anything more. How will there story end? Steve turned on the television, it had become one of his nightly routines he'd watch the news hoping to get a glimpse of her. Danny had been in Jersey for the last few days and Steve felt like he was all alone. A beautiful picture of her singing popped up on the screen and Steve turned up the volume on the television scooting to the edge of his seat. "Well known singer and songwriter Lola Williams, found dead in her apartment in New York." Steve grabbed his phone calling the first person he thought would be awake at 2 am. After a few rings came Chin's groggy voice, before he could speak Steve chipped in. "Turn on the news now!" Steve didn't know how to feel he felt like dying. He felt like his heart had been ripped out again. He had trouble breathing. "Steve, this can't be true. I'm getting in my car now. Call Danny." Steve hung up the phone not believing what he was hearing
