(TFP) Ratchet and (TFA) Ratchet have become good friends and their teams have united into one with separate teams, but they don't realize that they are missing one more team. It's only when the two get injured that a third Ratchet comes to their rescue with his son and daughter as well as a best friend.

Liliana is on a mission with the rest of the Autobots when she stumbles across a dying Sentinel Prime. Out of the kindness of her Heart she heels him and leaves just as quickly as she found him but he manages to track her down to say thank you.
