I'm not a big fan of knowing about a story before hand so read it to find out what it's about or don't it's cool. I am honestly unsure about this entire story. I didn't exactly have much in mind I was kinda just writing. Uh, I think I did a decent job at telling a story about someone with a disturbed past who has a robot companion. Out of everything I want to translate to the reader, I think just leaving them hanging with unexplained things is the best because the story is long in the sense of overthought lore for this world. I think leaving the story with questions kinda is the best thing for this story. It was a good learning experience, I have another story in mind that's a little more based on reality and has actual planning for it. Well anyway, this story is a representation of my ability to create so I hope it's a good read. P.S. I was a little high.

The mailman runs the same route every morning and talks to the same people, but one person, whom they had been falling in love with, hadn't been at the mailbox to receive his mail for quite some time, so the mailman decides to take a look around. . . . . This short story, after having been on my brain for weeks, was written over the span of a passionate five hours, and the content of the story, with the exception of a few minor changes, is almost identical to the manuscript. Any reader will surely be in for a surprise! (c) 2022, Marsillais Gorechíèr - All Rights Reserved

This story is for your own interpretation and imagination. Let your mind dance in circles as you try to understand the meaning of the story I have created for you. Ultimately, there is no underlying theme to this or any lesson to be learned, nor is there any message to be known or any knowledge to be received. If anything, there may be multiple themes and lessons attached to this story that I have no clue about. Or simply none. Nevertheless, this story may provide you with something, something that you will understand as you read. I hope you enjoy this work. I'll go more in depth about the creation of this work and everything else in the acknowledgements.

We all know the classic story of a girl who lost her glass slipper running away from her dreams, and racing back to her sad reality of being a peasant maid for her own step-mother and step-sisters, the only family she has left. Yes, this is a story based on none other than the character of Cinderella. However...this rendition of telling the tale is quite different. This quick-read is all written in the form of haikus; a form of poetry that is written in a 5/7/5 syllable count. In this story, you learn about the lives these characters really lived behind the scenes of the happily ever after that we all know to be. You'll discover rich amounts of character development from minor characters and learn major mic-drops about the major characters. I hope you enjoy reading and visualizing the lives of various characters and what they may have been thinking throughout this story! I give you...The Story Behind the Slipper... :) ____________________________ *I did not create or invent this princess who we all know and love and who has been around for generations. *I merely wanted to write a rendition of this story in the form of haikus only and I wanted to portray this amazing story in different perspectives of different characters. *Thank you for understanding and I hope whoever reads this enjoys it to the fullest! :)

Cheeky rom-com Short Story (20min read). PG14 rating. A fun slice of la-vie-en-rose, illustrating the difficulties of reading the opposite sex. Contains implicit scenes of sexuality;-) One name has been changed to protect the innocent; the rest of us are guilty. Spoiler alert! Beginning (foreplay); Middle (consummation); End (post-coital blues)... figuratively speaking, that is.
