She got into some bad things, and her parents,being worried about her, send her to live with her brother and his best friend, Dan, for the summer... and she is not happy at all. What will happen?

Dan Howell built his career on winning. So when he's assigned to a lawsuit against Phil Lester, a creator accused of breaking contracts, it should be easy. It isn't.

Dan is lonely seeing as his parents are always too busy for him. Since birth, he’s had a life plan that he is to follow exactly, though he wants to create his own future. He meets a really quiet kid, Phil, who never talks to anyone and is known as “Freaky Phil” by everyone in school. Dan decides to give the boy a chance, though Phil isn’t exactly the easiest person to talk to… Warnings: anxiety, mute, first-time (awkward) smut (later on and only once), mention of suicide of minor character (no actual suicide), and bullying. You just graduated college and you've found a new apartment in Manchester. Little do you know, Dan and Phil are your neighbors. Will you get away with being close friends - or will they shut you out for being a phangirl?

"Love was the strongest emotion of Phil and the one to be the most beautiful in his eyes. Seeing this marvel turn into something so uncomfortable was horrible to experience. But he was happy, wasn't he?" In which Dan suddenly notices how Phil starts changing. Trying to catch his best friend from falling turns out to be more difficult than expected and, in the end, who can keep Dan from falling?

"Sixteen things to do before your sixteenth?" Dan asked, raising his head and giving me a look of disbelief. I nodded my head as I took back my phone from his hand and pointed excitedly at the screen. "No." "Yes! Look, you only turn sixteen once so why not make it special?" I questioned, grinning and leaning back on the bench. He rolled his eyes and crossed his arms, pulling out some chewing gum from his blazer pocket and putting it into his mouth. He gave some to me and took a moment to chew on his own before answering me. "Yeah, that's what you said last year, and how well did that turn out?" *** Alternatively: Dan and Phil have a list of things to do before Dan turns sixteen and only a week to do them in. Completed.

Phan AU. Five years after the events of 'Hawk and Dove', the mutants have settled into their lives of protecting those who need it and helping their own become heroes. Naturally, things that are good and easy don't last, and the MGGB receive a distress call from their friends in America. While helping the Trifecta deal with a threat that could potentially be the world's first super villain, their ranks are being rapidly shrunk by a sickness that only seems to be infecting mutants.
