Marvel fanfic MJ is pregnant but how? We know... but she doesn't. Peter is trying to get closer to her and when he discovers she is pregnant he knows that it must be his. But its not like he can just walk up to her and be like "Hey i know we've only met once but I'm pretty sure I'm the father of your child" He is going to have to get closer to her. Soon. Tony didn't know she existed for the three years of her life until she showed up at hi doorstep after an accident involving her mother, who was a SHIELD Scientist, had taken place while testing the tesseract, killing Valerie. Emma just so happened to be at work with Valerie that day and was the sole survivor of the incident. She did, however gain powers from the explosion that she would not discover until years later.
