When in Woodbury to go get Maggie and Glenn, Daryl sees his daughter, Nora, who he didn't know about until a year before the apocalypse. Now that fourteen-year-old Nora's protective mother, Jen, isn't here anymore, Daryl figures that he will now have his chance to protect her. As Nora adjusts to her new environment, the people around her, and Carol who seems to take an interest into her father who hadn't ever been there, she struggles with being happy and wants to be with someone her father doesn't necessarily approve of her being with--Carl Grimes. (I do not own the idea of the Walking Dead.)

Daryl/OC Based on the hit TV show and comic series, "The Walking Dead" She can hold her own when a herd engulfs her. She can make a gun silencer from scratch. She can see your whole life story by a two minute conversation. She can make any object a weapon. She can fight off a walker like she can fight off a man twice her size. But what she can't do is get that damn crossbow archer to listen to her, not just hear her syllables. I do not own Daryl Dixon, The Walking Dead, or any of the characters in the show. I only own Eloise Dawson, and the events that I have added that involve her that aren't in the show (that I've made up.)

My muscles trembled as the tears burst forth from my swollen eyes. My vision was blurred with my tears as I watched the people I loved, watch 'me' walk out from the barn. Zaroff held his hand around my mouth, making my crys inaudible. The bruise above my right cheek bone stung as his fingers squeezed against it, making me sob louder and harder, mostly in pain. Emotionally and Physically. My family and friends-they all had thought i had been dead. Zaroff had now made them believe that, so now I'll never see them again. And if I do, they won't believe me when I tell them it was never me who came out of the barn that day..
