Ferris is one of those apprentices. He leads an unusual life, being defective due to his lack of electrical power. His mentor, Skuttle, tells him stories of the past. He doesn't want to attack anyone unless in a dire situation. He wants to convince others to follow that rule.. But he's just a little defect. What can he do about it?
