✩I wrote this story nearly three years ago when I was 13 and hyperfixtated on toca life stories since I was upset that no one was writing fanfics of it so I took it into my own hands and honestly it was ass lmao but it was still fun! ✩I am almost 16 at the time writng (December birthdays am I right?) and obviously I lost complete interest in this story so this story will soon be out on a long break or a forever hiatus I don't know yet honestly. Ofc I will try to do the rest of the dares/asks I got b4 I stop updating this story. Under Stellar Light is an ekphrasis poem inspired by and elaborating on the album art for French shoegaze band Alcest's Écailles de Lune album. The art has been done by French musician and artist Fursy who has a band of his own called Les Discrets. The poem takes on the surreal theme of the art and draws a melancholic romantic theme of a dreamland that is the backbone of all of Alcest's albums and frontman Neige's musical inspiration. This ekphrasis is a tribute to Alcest and Fursy. The anthology starts with the Alcest tribute but goes on with my original works in the surreal and ethereal theme.
