Nobody truly knew where he came from, when he arrived or what he truly wants. One day, the most violent and malicious force swept over the kingdom of hell, spreading calamity and despair. One of the only known beings in existence to ever fight against a wave of exterminators and come out alive. Some speculated he was not a person, but a creature formed from the agony of hell. Some claim he is the one who would save the demons of hell from the exterminators, but that quickly proved false as the creature had began his own merciless kill streak. Eventually, his name lost weight, his image and power fading into myth and rumour as time abandoned him. But rest assured, where there is despair, he will be there like a shadow. As long as there is negativity, he will remain. ̷F̷o̷r ̷w̷h̷e̷r̷e ̷t̷h̷e̷r̷e ̷i̷s ̷l̷i̷g̷h̷t̷, ̷a ̷s̷h̷a̷d̷o̷w ̷t̷w̷i̷c̷e ̷a̷s ̷l̷a̷r̷g̷e ̷s̷h̷a̷l̷l ̷b̷e ̷c̷a̷s̷t̷.

Donovan King is the impossible. He's the kind of boy that runs with the lions in the daytime and howls with the wolves at night. He's a god in a place where gods dare not roam, with wings of chipped gold and sterling silver. He's the king of his very own castle. A castle made of glass to mimic his fragile heart. Swap is tired of being pushed around by everyone and hates being treated like a child. He faked his emotions for years to please Dream and couldn't feel normal emotions so he got help by Nightmare. The more they hanged out with each other, the closer they became. Will they fall in love?

This book consists of the musings I had over the years. You can call them quotes. They are my short writings. I wrote several of them inspired by people's experiences and some are just the product of my imagination. I mainly wrote them hoping people might learn something from the musings and ruminations I had in life.

I write emotional poetry and try to create beautiful imagery as I describe all the situations that people deal with in their lives. This is a collection of my true inner thoughts and feelings. To become vulnerable has never been easy or truthful. Let us reflect and think a time when we ever let ourselves be truly open like a book, without having to see or suffer the consequences which could affect the other party. People would think that we are selfish, irresponsible, immature, or that we are having a mental issue. Never did they thought that it was easy to fully recover from the hurt or trauma that we experiences now or as a child. Why is it not acceptable to complain our struggles and hurt? Why do people get offended by people who are trying to reveal themselves and their struggles? Why is it our fault that we are unhappy because of the treatments we received and the environment we are expose to? Why can't we complain just to temporarily relieve ourselves?

When you find reality so unbearable to live in that you have to create your own. Living in that new perfect world, where you are the master, the creator. But while you are living in Illusion, reality is swallowing you up. More and more, every day.
