This Initial D fan fiction follows Retsu Fukushima in the mid 2000's a bit after the main Project D storyline has wrapped up. The tales of the Night Kids, Emperors and Project D whisper from the locals mouths every now and then but the racers are gone, moved on in life. Now the mountains aren't a safe heaven anymore, the cold grip of justice has begun invading the mountains, police have begun issuing patrols once every few weeks to wipe the thought of touge racing from the minds of the locals once and for all. Our main character Retsu has lived all his life near Irohazaka, at night listening to the melodies of the car engines zooming past in the distance. Sneaking out, watching the cars slide gracefully around the turns sparked a deep love for cars in him. Such a deep love in fact that he got a car too. A rusted out, stripped Honda Integra Type R. Join young Kanata Fujiwara, who is just about to pass out of school, and is also about to go pro in racing. He had decided to follow in his father's footsteps in Touge and enters MF Ghost. Will he be able to meet the expectations of his father? Or will he crash and burn while trying to do so?

It's the year 202X and all of the human-driving cars are replaced by a self-driving AI cars but there are more people who still drives their cars meet Mike Sakurada a American-Japanese Racer and Kanata Rivington a British-Japanese Racer Mike was the son of Aoi Sakurada and Y/N Sakurada Mike was born in the city called Los Angeles California and Kanata was born in England and the son of Ken Katagiri and Katherine Rivington Mike is driving his father's Chevrolet Corvette C3 with American Flag livery and Kanata is driving a Toyota GT86 In the flashback story Y/N was telling with his wife Aoi that he wants to return to motorsports and he told her that he wants to become a WRC driver just like Takumi Fujiwara in the WRC Y/N is driving for Chevrolet while Takumi is driving for Toyota During the WRC World Rally Championship there was a crankshaft failure on his Corvette C3 which causes him to crash and fell into the ravine including Takumi who had the same type of failure on his Toyota and Y/N had critical injuries which made his wife Aoi was really worried for her husband including his other wives like Marin and Orihime but due to the injuries that the two drivers have that made both of them retired Takumi had retired from racing and Y/N had once again retired from motorsports for like two times and he had officially quit racing and Y/N and Takumi was now become a teachers at racing school were Mike and Kanata had attended to

In the United States of America a american boy named Y/N L/N a former NASCAR Driver and a son of James L/N the former NASCAR driver and a crew chief and Lynda L/N, Y/N and James are racing for the Chevrolet team of Hendrick Motorsports Y/N was driving a number 41 Hornet High Class Gallop Racing Chevrolet Camaro ZL1but during on the final lap at Daytona 500 he suddenly crashed and hit the wall on turn 4 and he flipped many times on a track just like Ryan Preece's crash but worse and after the crash Y/N was sent to the hospital but luckily Y/N survived thanks to the safety of the vehicle that had been improved since Dale Earnhardt Senior's death. But Y/N was forced to retired due to his injuries from the accident but Y/N will not quit racing A year later after the crash at Daytona Y/N and his family moved to japan there was a competition racing event in japan called MFG Y/N will race there in his Camaro ZL1 with his iconic number 41
