After Luz left the boiling isles, the door was accidentally destroyed. Without a way back to the boiling isles, she stays in the human realm for the time being. During that time, her mother dies, killed by a yellow blur. Without any evidence of a murder, the police marks it off as a suicide. Luz is adopted by the wests. 4 years later, while working as an assistant in the forensics lab, she is struck by lightning the same time that the particle accelerator, and goes into a coma. After waking up, she learns that she has superspeed and becomes the flash. Now, 19, she finds Owlbert and goes through the door, back in the Boiling Isles. What will happen?

17 year old Luz Noceda never expected to go to Hexide High, one of the biggest schools in the country. She wanted to start over fresh after her bad experiences back at home. Amity Blight has been one of he smartest people in Hexide High. Even thought her mother was strict, her father was more caring.
