WHAT IS LIFE? Life is a let down A big upside down back to front hell It makes you see things not from a true perspective Everything is brought up with niceness and then it hits The terror . The he'll . Life is cruel and didn't forgive We all end up in the same place . It didn't matter how we get there because it's all ending up below the ground . For lots of people it is soon inbound For me.I don't no . I can't see where life will go HOW MANY TIMES There are so many fish in the sea they say So many even more for because I'm half gay Not that this made any difference As it part destroyed my life MUSIC The escape The endless mind rape u If the music within The endless rage Of the fire in the cage It makes our skin beige It makes us into twits From which I smell emerges from our pits The smell of adrenaline Rushing within I This is not your music I partly regret it I suppose I should have bet on it Not good enough for me They talk so much bull don't thee tits

Your thoughts go everywhere and nowhere at the same time. You spiral into so many thoughts that you begin to confuse yourself. Your emotions are as scattered as your attempts to "fix" them. It feels hopeless, but you grant yourself hope-- you're determined to be better than this. This poem is a personal portrayal of how debilitating anxiety and overthinking can be.

Some short poems inspired by the deep, dark thoughts that cross my mind.

Some of these poems were written during a low period in my life, back in my 20s. I'd had some knockbacks and lost a sense of identity, and consequently felt broken, unable to figure out how to piece myself back together. I have written more recent poetry at low spells.

I'm new as I made my account just around a day ago, I'm a writer but I've been having a writers block. I'm hoping this helps me in some way, hope you enjoy reading it. I apologise for the mistakes I'm fairly new with the writing side of Wattpad.
