Kintsugi is a Japanese art of repairing broken pottery by mending cracks with lacquer dusted or mixed with powdered gold. This not only fixes broken potery back to being able to be used, but Kintsugi can be reflected on and applied to our daily lives. When we break, mentally...There is a way we can mend ourselves.
