Cal Kestis is a Jedi, a former Padawan who survived Order 66 after the death of his Master, Jaro Tapal. After escaping the Second Sister, and meeting the crew on the Mantis, Cere and Greez aren't the only ones he meets. Kylin Gailes is a human girl from Coruscant, living in a small home after the death of her parents. But when Order 66 destroyed the Jedi Order, Kylin was forced to live in the streets. She believes in the Jedi Order, and wished it could be restored. Five years after Order 66, and still living in the streets, Kylin gets picked up by the Mantis, staying with the crew for five months before Cal's arrival. Now, as Cal begins his journey to restore the Jedi Order, he and Kylin journey through the galaxy to restore peace and fight the Empire. But as the journey continues, Cal doesn't see Kylin as just a friend anymore. Can he keep his head in the game while protecting Kylin? Or will he screw up and get them both killed? I only own Kylin and her story, as well as parts of the plot. This is an AU. It will follow most of the plot line. Some quotes will be direct, others will not. Cal Kestis is exposed, but if that wasn't enough, he had just witnessed his friend's death om Bracca. He made a promise to the dying man to find his younger sister, and tell her what happened to him, and possibly help her and the Morrigan family. It's a difficult task alongside the life changing mission of rebuilding the Jedi Order, and with the Inquisitor close on his tail.

Hera Syndulla knows what the Jedi were, and Cal Kestis does not fit that ideal. He is an effective Fulcrum or a laid back archeologist but he is not the Jedi Knight he claims he is. Cal had been alone for so long. His master, his friends, his people. Everyone he'd ever loved had been taken from him, ripped right out of his grasp. Cal was older now, stronger now. A former apprentice Seeker for the Jedi and incredibly gifted with the Force, he was now a Seeker for the Empire. Vader utilized his unique ability to track Jedi in his mind as if it were his own, sending Shan to lead almost every crucial mission the Empire had involving high-profile Jedi. This resulted in the immediate captures and deaths of countless knights across a very short time period. However, one task continuously eluded the Dark Lords: eliminating a brand new syndicate which now stands as a threat to the Empire. With a recent devastating attack on the Empire, Vader had learned of a new shadow organization known as the "Black Gora," a very robust cult created by an alliance between the Black Sun and the remnants of the Bando Gora, a Force-worshiping cult formally lead by High Priestess Komari Vosa in the final years of the Galactic Republic. As Sidious had informed Dooku long ago, the Bando Gora were a threat to his will which needed to be eliminated. The Second Sister for her deadly skills, Shan for his sharp mind, and both for their high intelligence. As emotions grow strong between them, can they stop this syndicate in time?
