(DON'T READ UNTIL THE FIRST BOOK IN THE SERIES IS READ) Tim kissed Jason before running away. It just happened in the heat of the moment, right? (At least that's the only logical explanation Jason can come up with). So realistically he shouldn't really feel so drawn to Tim. They're enemies-turned-friends and nothing more. But then why does his stomach do a flip every time he thinks of Tim? Why can't he get that damn kiss out of his mind for once? And why the hell can't he get laid. Of course then Tim decides to come back to Gotham (looking extra attractive in Jason's kind opinion) and Jason is suddenly a weak man. Pathetic. But it is what it is. And then why does Gotham City and its God damn villains hate him so much that they can't take a break for once? Why does Tim have to get a new suit that makes him look so hot? Why is he blushing because of Tim. Hell, why is he even working with the bats in the first place, he hates those guys - oh wait yeah, it was Tim. Everything is because of Tim. Especially the bi mess he's become all of a sudden. What the fuck? God damn it. He's gonna kill Roy. But first he needs a permanent vacation.

"Isabel Todd," Leslie turned to Jason, "your daughter." ---------- It's been 3 months since Roy saved his ass yet again, 3 months since he's been banished from Gotham and disowned by his father, 3 months since his 'father' almost killed him. In a matter of 10 months, he lost his girlfriend, his base of operations, his team, his family and his city. What else does he have to lose? Jason comes back to Gotham to yank the old man's ears some more and show Batman who's really the boss. At least that was the plan until he gets the call from Leslie Tompkins.

Tim doesn't plan on talking with Jason when he goes to crime alley, because why on Earth would Red Hood be there, right? ("Stupid fucker" Tim thinks looking back) That was mistake number one. Mistake number two is actually pouring out his emotions to Jason about his family (Like how much he hates Bruce). His third mistake was not turning off his tracker which led to a very awkward confrontation the next day at work. The first mistake started the whole situation and fucked up his life in a bad and good way (he guesses it had something to do with how sad and lonely he was before Jason came in like a wrecking ball). Realistically he knows that he could've handled the whole situation better, but what's the fun in that? It's way more interesting to become friends with the guy you replaced, used to have a crush on and stalked BETRAYING Bruce. To add to that he gets so high that he forgets his feelings until forever. Procrastination at its finest. The best part (but Tim's least favorite part) is that everyone knew about his feelings that he himself didn't know, but they were completely oblivious to how much he was hurting, except Jason. Funny how life works, huh?

During a patrol where Red Hood and Red Robin cross paths, Jason is infected with the blood of the Eros, the ancient God of Love, who informs them that they must track down his missing bow and arrows, or Jason will go slowly mad with an obsessive desire--for Tim. Though overwhelmed by the sudden attention being paid to him, Tim sets to work trying to solve the case, before Jason succumbs to madness. In the meantime, Jason discovers that there's more than godlike powers at work here, as well as a legacy that reaches back through the sands of time.

It was hard to move but he could feel his fingers moving slightly, then he tried to blink his eyes open but his eyelids were too heavy. 'Maybe I should've drink more coffe and not just four cups' He thought and then a terrified thought came 'I'm late to the test!' And that what made him open his eyes (even though they were too heavy) and sit on a... couch..? He didn't remembered going to the living room, and the couch in his house was never this comfortable. When Jason Todd returns to Gotham Tim Drake vows to avoid him but life rarely works according to plan. As Tim finds himself forced to work with Jason and Jason interacts with the family more they are all forced to deal with issues they'd rather avoid, even some non-Jason ones. This is set about two years after Bruce returns from being lost in time but no Batman Inc. and no dead Dami/Dick/Tim, etc (they really need to stop killing people). So my take on how things might have played out if Jason decided to come back and be part of the family with no reboot.
