On one last mission with her former master before he retires, Jedi Knight Estai is sent to Naboo on an 'easy' diplomatic mission. Tragedy strikes, however, when a Sith attacks. In the end, the Trade Federation ends its blockade of Naboo, but Jedi Master Tholme has paid a terrible price, left in a coma he may never awake from. Estai, reeling from the sudden loss of her master, brings Anakin Skywalker before the Council on her master's behalf.
