Introversion Stories

Monika thought it was over. She had destroyed her own reality, shattered her world, erased her friends... all to escape a lie that felt too perfect. But now she's back. Aware. Awake. In VM+1 - also known as Doki Doki Literature Club Plus - Monika remembers everything. Every line of corrupted code. Every pain she inflicted. Every illusion of love she once projected onto the only real person she believed existed. She should have been reset. But a glitch brought her back. And this time... something's different. Monika no longer wants to charm. No longer wants to control. She's stuck in a role she doesn't want to play, trapped in a loop of scripted friendship and hollow dialogue. A puppet with self-awareness. So she watches. She stays silent. She smiles-mechanically. But inside, she's fading. Until she looks at her... Finally. And deep within her fractured consciousness, something stirs. Maybe... she still has something left to feel. Maybe... she can still love.

I wrote these poems years ago. I thought I'd share.

À mon âge, plusieurs jeunes ont déjà vécu au moins une relation de couple où sont en train d'en vivre une. Je ne le cacherai pas dans ce texte, je les envie un peu. Alors que j'approche la fin de mes 19 ans, j'ai toujours été célibataire et les choses ne semblent pas vouloir aller dans une autre direction. J'ai bien vécu quelques rares expériences, dont une qui s'est fort approchée d'une relation de couple, mais ça toujours terminés plutôt mal. Et je le sais très bien, je suis loin d'être le seul gars dans cette situation. Voici donc un texte, divisé en 8 sections, sur la relation complexe qu'entretiennent les introvertis avec l'amour.

Matías, un joven cordobés, argentino. Por la mañana estudiante de medicina, y por la noche trabaja en un bar lujoso como barman, de 24 años llevaba una vida aburrida, monotona, vacia y sin sentimiento, esto, sin embargo, cambia drasticamente gracias a un hecho sucedido en su facultad, quiza esta persona pueda saber que se siente tener mas de 2 o 3 amigos, quizas sienta lo que es tener una vida llena de emociones, y quizas, como ultimo, pero no menos importante pueda sentir que la gente por primera vez lo ve y estos se interesan en el, en su monotona vida, que mas tarde pasaria a ser una prometedora.

Luna knows when she wakes up something isn't right. Despite not remembering anything from her last day alive, she knows she's supposed to be dead; That she is dead. So why am I still here? Watching the reactions of those she left behind, she gets some answers, but she still doesn't know why she isn't Resting In Peace. She's know there has to be a reason, and she desperately wants to find out what, so she can get to Being Dead like she's supposed to. Even if it takes a while. Even if she still can't move on when she does. Oh, and she has to figure out how this whole "being dead" thing works by herself. Great. And the longer she stays dead, full of questions she can't answer, Luna's already shattered and tiny world starts to close in on her. All that's for certain anymore is that from the moment she wakes up, Luna knows she's Lost. At the Start.

[warning, i'm using low caps.] decided to write and jot all of what i feel as someone who fears social interaction and an addition of introversion. might publish, i'm kind of thinking about it. anyways, please enjoy. it's kinda depressing to be honest, and no, i'm not having the big sad myself.
