No, it's not the one where the neighbors forget to turn off their outside light, and said light being positioned in just the right location to successfully shine in Patrick's face the whole night while he's sleeping. And no, it's not the kind of problem where he mistakenly left out is chemistry homework, his Akita puppy thinking it's a lovely chew toy. No, it's none of that. This is a different type of problem. Patrick is supposed to hate him, his whole family brought him up on the premise of it. The Stumph's despise the Wentz's, and the Wentz's despise the Stumph's. That's just the way it's supposed to be.
