Watch out because it is somewhat mature, but not anything a fourteen year old couldn't handle. Some sex, some violence and some bad language.

As Archmaester Gyldayn presented his alternative telling of histories befalling the Targaryen dynasty, this short story is and alternative telling of his. ASOIAF lacks pov characters of ruling Targaryens and their kin, although much of the story is influenced by them. This story humanizes the family and gives an insight look at which personal struggles they would have faced. This story focuses on King Jaehaerys I and the Good Queen Alysanne's three eldest living children: Aemon, Baelon and Alyssa. The story commences accurately and paying homage to canon, then shows a series of events that could have befallen. Much detail has been paid to match canon and the tone of source material. Just a generation before Westeros would have suffered 'the Dance of the Dragons' another succession war complicates the Targaryen dynamics. The story commences a week prior to Baelon and Alyssa's union.

ＶＡＬＡＲ ＭＯＲＧＨＵＬＩＳ ° They now believe the dragons are gone. Queen Daenerys Targaryen was murdered by the man she loved most, with her daughter Rhaenyra witnessing the whole ordeal. The little Princess mounted her mother's dragon and fled King's Landing with the intentions of putting as much distance between her and those who might harm her as possible. But she did not get very far. Rhaenyra, shortly after hosting a lonely funeral pyre for her mother's corpse, was caught in one of the worst storms in living memory. All went dark but she did her best to not lose her grip on Drogon who tried his hardest to stay aloft despite the harsh rain and wind. Then suddenly a there was light again and Rhaenyra found that Drogon had landed in the middle of a wide green field in a world where she did not recognize anything and anyone. She is but a child of just six namedays and not counting the great dragon that she now riders, there is no one else by her side. That is until a kind of wizard dressed entirely in grey finds a small child with hair of silver and eyes like amethysts curled up against the side of an enormous dragon. ° ＶＡＬＡＲ ＤＯＨＡＥＲＩＳ ° This is my first crossover and yes it is another book with a Targaryen OC, I am still in denial over what happened during most of season 8 and this is my way to cope. There's swords, a mad princess, a confounded maester, a knight, and cabbages involved. The realm is thrown into turmoil when a young girl is caught consuming forbidden red cabbages. Maester Volen, who is known for his wisdom and cool head, must intervene and calm the situation when a knight named Ser Caelan threatens to harm the girl. As the drama unfolds, the kingdom is reminded of the darkness lurking beyond its walls and the true dangers that come with indulging in forbidden fruits. This fanfic is a parody of the popular television show, "Game of Thrones". It's a work in progress short story so let me know what you think.

This is a re-write of George R. R. Martin's Game of Thrones and I give absolutely all credits to him. I am just rewriting his story for those people who, like me, struggle with GRRM's writing style. I know that for myself I struggled to read his books because of his writing style (of course not trying to say it's bad it just wasn't for me) but I really do think that A Song of Ice and Fire is one of the best fantasy series ever written so I really think that everyone should give it a chance and be able to experience the amazing world, characters and plot/s in this story. In the re-write obviously not everything's going to be the same and some minor storielines and details might be different, some plot points will be told from different POV characters to the original in order to explore another character's perspective and mind, (also parts that I personally feel are repetitive or completely irrelevant will be left out, and certain select details in the tv show that imo were well done - only from season 1-4 and maybe 6- will be included), but the overarching story, world and plot will stay the same. I'm not trying to take George's work or anything I just feel like this incredible series should be able to be experienced by everyone. Enjoy! - also I'm adding more chapters along the way.
