Malivore monsters keep coming, Faith and Grace jump into action when their uncles tell them about what is going on with Hope. The Mikaelson girls and the Saltzman twins face some unexpected consequences. The Mikaelson parents are once again left in the dark. Grace helps Lizzie with her magic and her supernatural status after she agrees to turn at twenty one. Josie puts her magic on hold, afraid of the consequences of her darker side. The Mikaelsons ask Caroline to come back to Mystic Falls. To become the headmistress of the school after it changes hands. When Hope Mikaelson's twin sister, Grace, had always been in the shadow of her sister. Although they were twins they were both extremely different. Hope always had to be involved in whatever craziness was going on and had to save everyone while Grace preferred to stand back. She decided to leave Mystic Falls to get away from the craziness she ends up in Beacon Hills only to find it was just as crazy.

With her friend in trouble, her daughter misbehaving and her marriage dissolved, will Fiore be able to put aside her baggage with Klaus? Or will and even bigger, more unsuspecting threat finally put Kliore to pasture as they give in to their Enigmatic Fears? THE SIXTH INSTALLMENT OF THE ENIGMA SERIES ~Anyone can drift away, if they've changed enough~ It's been five years since the Mikaelsons have all been properly accounted for but enough is enough. With the help of Hayley and an unsuspecting wolf, Fiore is ready to reunite her family and live the picturesque life she promised her daughter. However, due to The Hollow's interefernece, it seems like that may not be possible. Normally that wouldn't be an issue but after Fiore has spent 5 years of peace, she is not so eager to march right into peril which does not bode well for her marriage. Will Klaus and Fiore finally separate once and for all and give into the Enigmatic Distance between them? Fiore drifts further and further apart from the family she has gained from her husband and as secrets pour from every orifice, the Mikaelson family may no longer be able to refer to themselves as such. As if the family doesn't have enough to deal with due to the arrival of Lara, Andromeda and Odessa, all in time for the prophecy which foretells the fall of the Mikaelsons. Who is friend? Who is foe? Who is family? And who is flower? But most importantly, who will we be saying goodbye to in a book where Enigmatic Departures are imminent?
