When you die, you went to heaven; at least that's what I believed. Everyone deserves a death, I was gonna die of old age; surrounded by children and grandchildren, not unclaimed and forgotten. Death was always a certainty, the punch line we could all see coming but not for us, death isn't the end, but the beginning. So here we are; overlooked and forgotten; unnatural and supernatural; watching the dance from the sidelines. So what have we got left to look forward to; us refugees, the flotsam and jetsam of death? Maybe, if we still deserve such a thing as mercy... we find each other.

Charlotte Clarke: The ‘Normal’ Human Charlotte and Annie were friends. They went to university together but Charlotte was never able to tell her friend her darkest secret, who she is, what she is. But that problem was solved after the tragic death of Annie. Just death wasn’t the end for her. Annie became a ghost, and when Charlotte goes to get some things from her dead friend’s home she finds out the hard way. Little does she know that Annie is living with a werewolf and a vampire. Although she is shocked by her friend’s new roommates, she has to reveal what she is to them. The three friends then have their lives turned upside down by their new roommate, and are forced to accept their differences from one another as well as normal humans. Also one of the friends has to accept feelings for the new girl even if they don’t think they could ever be together, but will the testing friendship ever be able to come anything more?

But Amanda never got what she wanted. - Warning: there's gonna be a shit ton of violence and some mature/disturbing themes. This is also very much a fix it fic. Takes place after the events of season three. Completely disregard everything that happened after season three lol just pretend this is the new canon. Only thing I used from later seasons was george and nina's baby's name.
