Hogwarts has always kept its secrets. Some are buried in old books. Others are hidden behind doors that should not exist. When Por begins hearing three knocks from behind the castle walls, he discovers the Eleventh Door, a forgotten piece of Hogwarts history, and a promise he made to a boy he can no longer remember. Teetee, a Slytherin determined to uncover the truth, joins him in an investigation that leads to altered records, ancient magic, and memories someone went to great lengths to erase. Four houses. Four ancient duties. One forgotten summer. And somewhere beneath Hogwarts, something still remembers Por.
