While investigating corruption and evil alliances within the American government, an assassination attempt on Vice President Aaron Banner leaves him in a coma. Only a week earlier, Aaron gave his chief of staff, Paula Brackett, an envelope with instructions to, “Open only if something happens to me.” Paula soon finds herself fighting not only for her country, but for her life. While Aaron is in a coma, he is transported in time to personally experience key moments in history. Aaron is taught unforgettable lessons from some of the wisest men who have ever lived—George Washington, Christopher Columbus, Benjamin Franklin, Abraham Lincoln, and others. This book beautifully blends remarkable research and details of the founding of America with an inspiring and engaging story.

This is a sequel, yes. If you haven't read,"Love is It's own language," I suggest you do before reading this. You should be able to read this, but there might be references to the other story in it. INFO: John and Alex are away for December, so they leave Phillip with Marquis and Hercules. Wasn't that a smart idea?

This is set mainly around the actual events (without Laurens dyeing...yet) John was a hot headed, optimistic and positively cute boy. His life was fairly normal. He had two friends, Hercules Mulligan, and Marquis de Lafayette. But everything changes one evening when the three guys go out to the tavern for some drinks.. (Cover art is not mine Just an image I found on googs)

Born to two of America's Founding Fathers, Philip Hamilton and Theodosia Burr have a lot to live up to. Their love for their parents is unyielding, as they both wish to please their fathers while they have the opportunity. Unfortunately, the love they have for one another turns out to be defiance. After being told they are to no longer allowed to spend any time together, young Hamilton and Burr defy their fathers' wishes by writing a series of letters back and forth. Letters expressing their love. A love that is forbidden. (C)Spruce_Goose Cover by @@Heather_Dianne
