My name is Hunter Eckbert. I have lived in darkness for the past 6 years, imprisoned by Avenian pirates in search for my twin brother Jaron, who is the future king of Carthya. Since I will not give them the information that they want, I am not free to leave. Because if I give them the information they seek, my country will fall to ruin and I cannot allow that to happen. After all, I am the Princess of Carthya.

*Mild spoilers for The Shattered Castle* Jaron is finally at his happy ending, but he feels like there is something that he has needed to do for a long time. He, Roden, and Tobias go on a trip across Carthya to help them remember where everything started, and to never forget how they all came together in the first place. Based on the Ascendance Series by Jennifer A. Nielsen, all characters belong to her, and the story includes some quotes from The False Prince.
