This work of fan fiction lives in the grey area between the current canon and Legends, borrowing from both but belonging to neither. While this story may involve a variety of plot elements, the central theme is to explore the political and social consequences which the destruction of the fictional Death Star must have had on the Star Wars universe. In this, I am endeavoring to create a work which furthers the understanding of this fictional situation in what I hope is a transformative (albeit faithful) manner.
