A group of high school seniors-on what was supposed to be a carefree spring break trip to a remote family cabin-find their world upended when they stop at a Gas 'N Gulp and are attacked by the reanimated corpse of a clerk. Thrust into a sudden and violent apocalypse, they're forced to navigate the brutal new world together-facing starvation, betrayal, and the horrors of the undead. Along the way, they meet survivors, form uneasy alliances, and make impossible choices. Because in this world, the only rule left is simple: kill, or be killed. The virus affected most of the women of America, preventing them from leaving their homes and causing their names to be shortened as well as the loss of their memories of what their last names once were. The virus, which is called the "Mega-virus", has also killed some of the women as well. Mel, a former college student, dreamed of making a televised speech to all of the women to stand up to the Suchers. And, with the help of her boyfriend, Jake Scheider, she is about to achieve that dream. Notes: I don't support Nazism, as I believe that what the Nazis did in history was awful.
