In California, San Francisco. Y/N was 7 year old with no fear with death. He got abused by his parents for calling him useless and terrible child. He doesn't care about they're said. He also play fallout games in his room. He hated enclave (from fallout) for causing the apocalypse. Y/N wanted to kill real person in his eyes and creating his own nation and he's army in the wasteland. But a missile kill Y/N in the house. He thought he's going to heaven, But the goddess give a second and he is sent to fallout universe with his new found powers.
