For as long as she could remember, Liruliniel had one goal, one hope, one thing she wanted to aspire to be and do: she wanted to be a royal guard, like her father. Only, to get to that, a few trials and problems lay in her path. War, battles so terrible that the loses don't outweigh the success of wining. Love, failing and being to one side powerless in the turmoil of emotions. Friendship, some long standing, some new; but all of these things circle and involve each other, something terrible is coming, a rise of a dark power and the losing of control of everything.

There were few people that Thorin Oakenshield trusted. He trusted his kin, but that was it. After losing the Lonely Mountain, the dwarves of Erebor were looked down upon by many races of Middle Earth and elves had a special place of distrust in Thorin's mind. Except... Oreliell and her sister are wanderers, traveling across the vastness of Middle Earth, surviving in the wilds and helping those that needed it. Then, one day, they stumble upon a company of thirteen dwarves, a wizard, and a halfling. Author's Note: Please do not steal my work! It is a little known fact that Thorin had come to dislike the race of elves; but perhaps it hasn't always been this way, maybe, just maybe, once upon a time there wasn't such high disdain held towards them. The dwarf-Prince's heart isn't as nearly as impenetrable as the vaults of Erebor, a chance find and visit cause a form to grow between two races. If anything the elf-Princess's curiosity about everything, and anything which involved or was created by the hand of dwarf's in turn piques his own curiosity, not finding how something so delicate could find fondness in things so hardened. Regardless, a love formed, two pieces complete only to split thanks to a dragon's attack of the jealousy of what Erebor had within.

The last thing which Bard ever imagined was to find an unconscious form in the icy waters which surrounded Lake Town. Saving her life was the right thing to do, by any standards. But with saving her comes the consequences of smuggling, secrecy, trouble.

When Thorin Oakenshield decided that it was time for the dwarves to reclaim their home, he heard only that Smaug had flown and not returned. Thorin had not heard that the dragon had offspring. After escaping the Mirkwood elves and the Orcs they are so close to their goal, and their homeland. But one of Smaug's offspring has seen them. Kili is injured and they have nothing to defend themselves with. Is this dragon a monster, as Thorin believes? or will it help save the line of Durin? Please comment, i would like to hear what you think.

Fauna Brandybuck, a mer hobbit from Buckland always dreamt of an escape from her family's forceful ideals and the duties that came along with it. Her only chance of freedom had come the least person she expected, her cousin Bilbo. Though she never thought living with the most rigid person would lead her on such an unexpected journey. A story in which a hobbit can't stop herself from falling in love with dwarf prince amongst the danger and chaos. She'll find this type of love to be impossible and experience a pain only heart ache could cause. At the end of the journey she'll find that perhaps they were just two different souls destined to find each only to lose one another just as quickly.

A hobbit OC story. Thorin took in an abandoned elf maid, Thranduil's daughter, disowned for loving a common elf. She died in childbirth, leaving Thorin with a "daughter". If you're here for a romantic love story, you're in the wrong place. This was written mainly for the paternal relationship cuz I think we all appreciate Thorin's soft side.

How different would things have been for the company and more importantly for Thorin if Bilbo was Bella? Bella Baggins was a simple hobbit of Bag-End when Gandalf the Grey came and asked her to partake in an adventure. She never thought that she could embrace her inner Took. And then she met him. Thorin Oakenshield and he gave her the confidence she needed. If only he could see it. (Will span over all three movies) (this cover is temporary I plan on making a new one!)

Book 3, after the last venture this continues in Anya Hadin's P.O.V. sorry may not be able to add Bilbo Baggins confrontation with Smaug. In this one the Elves are viewed a little differently.
