Opposites attract, like the south and north poles of magnets that connect to one another, Blaze and Ais had been together since they're children until present day. Blaze is like the sun to his moon, and like the moon who gives furtive glances at the star, Ais too, studies Blaze constantly. In which Blaze is like a Pandora box, and Ais is a curious human who knows the consequences yet opens it anyways. NOTES: - The focus is only on Ais and Blaze, they're not siblings, just friends. I won't mention any other character because the POV is Ais' and his focus is on Blaze. - It's in FIRST PERSON POV, so if it's not your jam then I'm sorry, this is not for you. But maybe give it a chance? - And please. Please. I TRIED, okay? At the very least, know that from the deepest of my heart I cringed too. I don't think I nailed it very well, sorry. Boboiboy belongs to Monsta. Word count: 2,404 Also on AO3: https://archiveofourown.org/works/55832653

In the summer of 1997, the boys take up residence in a backwater South Carolina town. Sam starts to hurt, and Dean demonstrates the love he feels for his baby brother. OR This was supposed to be a simple response to a prompt, however, it got little out of hand, and evolved into more of a character study than anything else.

December 20   COOCOO’S NEST     I ran away to join the zoo hoping a life contained would calm me.  The segregation hit me first; isolated exclusively with those of my stripe drove my thirst for diverse scents and opinion.  Next, the monotony of the landscape bore into my brain.  The well-meaning effort of the keepers bears the mark of folks who go home at night.  The blandness of the food and music lent nothing to the experience, and antiseptic could drive anyone wild.  The final blow, the one that struck constantly and coldly, was the stream of observers waiting to be entertained.     Embrace plain tools and fine minds.   *   Home Fires Burning   I have trouble living with myself, that is why I live with you. It takes my mind off the things I don’t wish to face.   What I can busy myself within your service lightens the load of expectation heaped in my DNA by my Higher Power and Fate.   Worry is time consuming and I wile away hours fretting over you and all your unresolved trifles while turning my back entirely on my life.   I couldn’t be happier to have you, though from the corner of my eye I glimpse God packing your bags.   Vlog: http://youtu.be/EPIQNgKAmmY   You are reading selections from Sober on the Way to Sane and More Lines From My Life by Sherrie Theriault http://www.amazon.com/Sober-On-The-Way-Sane/dp/1440417342/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1388576888&sr=8-1&keywords=sober+on+the+way+to+sane http://www.amazon.com/More-Lines-From-My-Life/dp/1448677203/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1388576956&sr=8-1&keywords=More+Lines+From+My+Life

Mara Elson, a quiet insurance employee, moves through life like a placeholder no one bothers to replace. Elias Martinez, a tired schoolteacher, exists in muted repetition, unnoticed even by himself. Two strangers drifting through routines that keep them safely numb. Then a mandatory seminar throws them into the same stale room. Their connection doesn't begin with passion-it begins with boredom, cynicism, and the subtle relief of being understood without effort. What starts as harmless conversation becomes a quiet dependency. They don't make each other better. They make each other honest-and honesty, in their hands, is corrosive. Together, they learn to justify smaller cruelties. Together, they push boundaries they'd never cross alone. Together, they become something neither could become individually. One disaster grows into another-jobs strained, relationships broken, lives quietly damaged in their orbit. Their unity doesn't heal loneliness; it weaponizes it. By the time anyone notices the cracks, it's far too late. And in the end, Mara and Elias don't die. They simply disappear. But the ruin they leave behind doesn't.
