Adam Stanheight and Dr. Lawrence Gordon were once locked in a bathroom together as part of a Jigsaw trap, but now things have changed... The two lovers seem to be living the idealistic life, until Lawrence gets constant phone calls, from work and another certain other person.

Adam Stanheight, has an appointment with his new doctor, Lawrence Gordon. Not sure who he is about to met, changes into a beautiful and attractive man. He's finding out what a true adrenaline feels like- But is that only feeling he's having around his new hot Doctor? How is gonna jigsaw catch them, if they already know each other?
