Before being backstabbed by District 2's Cato and Clove, Venus puts up an outstanding fight. The brutality of the careers bring out anger in Marvel; of course, he was one himself, but the image of his brother lying dead in that arena would not set in. So he makes a plan to volunteer for the 75th games, to come out triumphant and avenge Venus. But of course, this year's games would be a Quarter Quell - where the games have a huge twist to make it more torturous. Each district was to have double the amount of tributes reaped, but after the Tribute Parade, the teams would be switched so that you could be paired up with anyone. Who will be paired together, and who will make it out alive?
