Jessica Williams was a photographer for the New York Islanders. Then she receives news that she can be the head photographer for the Dallas Stars. Will she forget the friends she's leaving behind in New York and will she fall in love with a hockey player that doesn't want to leave the party life behind.

When we last left off in Flight, Black Hawk (the savior of Jonathan Toews and protector of the Chicago Blackhawks) had become Zvezda, the savior of Valeri Nichushkin and protector of the Dallas Stars. And Jonathan Toews had saved Patrick Kane, thus becoming Captain Blackhawk. Since the end, Jonathan and Evelyn have parted ways and focus on their hero duties: Captain Blackhawk keeps Patrick Kane safe, while Zvezda keeps Valeri Nichushkin safe. Oh, and Jonathan and Patrick fall madly in love with one another. So, what have they been up to? Well, Val eventually gets fed up with having to be "saved"...he feels bad that Zvezda always has to be there, so he wants to have superpowers or something. Arrow Hawk is born and soon what follows is the Hockey Avengers, led by Zvezda. This is the beginning of that grand series. So I wrote this because I was really in my feelings and I just love Tyler.

[On a side note.... this is starting out around the same time Luffy is starting to gather himself a crew] So as of the beginning of the story Luffy is about 17 for those who were wondering... Her biggest dream has always been to play in the NHL with the boys and prove that women deserve to be there just as much as men. When draft day finally comes, the Dallas Stars draft her as their first round pick, number 18 overall. When she is finished with school at 20 years old she heads over to Dallas to start her career in the NHL. How will she handle being the first woman with all the responsibilities. How will her teammates handle it and will she become a little more than friends with one of them?
