Valerie Wayne isn't your typical woman. At a young age she was breed to be the new empress of humanity. She was taught to be emotionless, to destroy any emotion she felt. By the age of five she surpassed her grandfather, Ra al'Ghul. Valerie's mother knowing that she wasn't safe took her to Tokyo. Abandoned, she was taken in by an old man. The man trained her and improved her skills beyond perfection. But later on her world crashes, everything falls apart. That is until she meets Jason Todd.

Though this is based in Arkham, I do not read batman comics so I don't know to much outside of the characters. The only characters that will show up will be the aliases, not the people under the masks. While writing this I will research locations so if I get something wrong please don't yell at me. The way that the people in this story get there suits will be different also. So with that out of the way, please enjoy.
