Ambiguous-ending Stories

Fuck everybody. Penelope No Surname will bow to anyone no longer.. They do not deserve that from her, and she had no need to lower herself to anyone. She wouldn't. If she was to die for it, then so be it. Penelope tried her hardest to achieve a favourable percent in everyone so no one would kill her over a grudge or lingering hatred, and all she'd gotten was scorn, jealousy and hatred in return. It never mattered if she'd be the Queen of the Hunting Contest, if she saved everyone from the magical monsters. To them, she was Penelope Eckhart, the Crazy Chimpanzee. A rather disdainful title. But now she longer cared what they did. She simply stormed off to the palace.

These branches witness much. One summer two boys sit beneath the bows of twin oak trees, and with the passing of time they gently observe the tentative love of the boys.
