Vanpires and Daywalkers have been enemy's since... For pretty much ever. And have hated and feared each other for just as long. For as long as anyone can remember, Vasper included, Vanpires have been taught to hate Daywalkers. Taught that they're dangerous and will use their fire gauntlet's to attack Vanpires. A tradition in the family of Vampires leader's that has been passed on, is that one heir is to be the next leader of their people. While the other (if there is a second heir) a protector, a knight of sorts, to the previous. Vasper just so happened to be the later of the two. Vasper is the sarcastic and demure one between him and Victor. But like his older brother, he would love to leave his town to explore places and meet new people beyond Shadyside. Especially if that meant he could find others- anyone -out there he could connect with. So when their Aunt plans to get to the Orchard before the Daywalkers can, Vasper jumps at the opportunity to go with his brother and the Vanpires leaving Shadyside. Throw in a race to unlock the Orchard, four outsiders, a camp, a million campers and an maybe-not-so rivalry with a energetic passionately loyal Daywalker? Zenith or as everyone called him Zen, wasn't like the other zombies. I mean, he had fangs like a werewolf or even a vampier, but that didn't mean anything. He didn't know his parents, nor did he want to. They abandoned him on the necrodopolis door step when he was a bay. He was raised as a brother to Zed. They had a strong bond, and Zoey didn't think he was adopted at all. To her, they were blood. She didn't question about his red and white streak in his hair, that was just apart of him. Everyone in zombie town was used to it. But how will the humans react when the zombies join their school?
