After a messy issue at the hospital she once called home, Royce D'Souza, a nurse, who thought she had finally found her place in the city, decides to resign and start over somewhere no one knows her name. Instead of the fresh start she imagined, she ends up getting hired at a small, understaffed town hospital where resources are limited, shifts are exhausting, and everyone seems to know everyone. Forced to adjust to a completely different kind of hospital life, Royce slowly finds herself settling into the chaos she never planned for, meeting people she never expected to become part of her life, and discovering that starting over doesn't always mean leaving everything behind. Sometimes, it means finding yourself again in the most unexpected place, and with the most unexpected people.
